I am not sure how the trail was named but it could potentially be open to Mtn. Biking in the near future. We are excited about the opening since it will expand the single track options when riding the Midland Trail and will reduce the amount of required riding on the midland overlook road. Ark Valley Velo surveyed the route and provided a proposal for a new additional section to the BLM. If they think the route is feasible, public meetings will follow and if there isn’t public opposition, the route will be open to Mtn. Biking.
